One thing that might happen is you have to go to the bathroom a lot at night. When you have blood sugar your kidneys have to work harder so you end up going to the bathroom more often.

Another sign of diabetes is feeling thirsty all the time. Because your body is losing fluids when you go to the bathroom a lot you might still feel thirsty even if you drink a lot of water.

Some people with diabetes get really tired for no reason. When your body cannot use sugar properly to give you energy you might feel tired. Sluggish all day.

Sometimes people with diabetes have vision. This is because high blood sugar can affect the eyes and make it hard to focus.

There are signs that might mean you have diabetes, like cuts and wounds that take a long time to heal getting sick a lot losing weight without trying feeling hungry all the time and feeling numb or tingly in your hands and feet.

Just because you have these symptoms does not mean you have diabetes, for sure.. You should not ignore them. You can take a blood test to see if you have diabetes or something called prediabetes.

If you want to lower your chances of getting diabetes you should eat food exercise regularly and go to the doctor for check-ups. If you have a lot of these symptoms you should talk to a doctor or a healthcare professional to get their opinion and advice.
